Intermediate - Dancers have 6 or more years of training and are able to pick up choreography at a comfortable pace. Senior/Professional - Dancers participating at this level have 9 or more years of training and are experienced with workshop classes. Dancers should be able to learn difficult choreography at a quick pace. |

Adam Gericke![]() Currently lives in New York City, where he divides his time between teaching dance, and music production. He started his career as a member of Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago. From there performed at Disney in both Orlando and Tokyo. Adam can also be seen as a featured dancer in the hit movie Step Up, and has appeared several times in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and National Campaigns for Nike shoes. He now teaches frequently at Joffery Ballet NYC. His love for music has now taken him to producing/composing music for several upcoming artists in the NYC and Miami area. Music and dance have always been a driving force in his life, and he hopes that he can pass some of that enthusiam and artistry along through his choreography and music.

Megan Lawson![]() Megan was inspired by movement in her teen years, and began training and competing in all disciplines of dance. After touring and assisting the incredible teachers of Triple Threat Dance Convention, the young Canadian moved to Los Angeles and submerged herself in the dance scene. Megan became a member of the crew "Fanny Pak" seen on America's Best Dance Crew, and since has been blessed to continue working, teaching and creating with her new dance family. Credits Include: |

Richard Andries![]() Richard Andries has become one of the key driving forces within the Hip Hop dance scene in Edmonton and across Alberta. With his high energy classes and his passion for the art, he continues to share his vision of the positivity of hip hop culture in everyday life. His personal style is heavily influenced by the foundation of hip hop dancing; popping, locking, breaking, house, etc, and newer forms such as Krump, and Street. For this reason, he has sought out and trained with many of the founders and influential figures of these styles such as: Popin’ Pete, Suga Pop, Mr. Wiggles, Caleaf Sellers, Bradley Rapier, Duece and many more. In 2005, he was chosen to assist Bradley Rapier at the 2005 Dance Xtreme convention in Detroit. Richard and his company, “Rhythmic Flow Productions” (alongside Urban Metropolis) have produced shows with the Jabbawockeez, Super Cr3w, Fanny Pak, and Supreme Soul, from America’s Best Dance Crew where his own crew, White Chocolate opened the shows. Chris Brown, Ludacris, Ne-Yo, Ashanti, Ginuwine, Sean Paul, Kreesha Turner, The Game, Nelly Furtado, Obie Trice, 112, Boyz II Men, Fabolous, K-Ci & JoJo, Chingy, Sean Desmond, Massari, Gary Beals,Rochester, and Snoop Dogg are just a few of the other international acts that Richard has opened for while performing with White Chocolate. White Chocolate along side Fly Girls were also featured at the 2009 Grey Cup pre game show.White Chocolate was also featured as the only Hip-Hop group to perform at Alberta’s Centenniel event where the Queen of England was in attendance. Richard also stars in the hit music video “Bounce With Me” by Kreesha Turner, which was directed by world renowned director, Little X. He has accompanied Canadian artists Kayle and Gary Beals as a background dancer and has toured Europe with Urban Metropolis, and 4 Korners the Toronto Raptor's official DJ's. He has also toured across Canada with Snoop Dogg, Sean Paul, and The Game.

Rachael Poirier![]() Ms. Poirier founded R.P. Danzmode Productions in Vancouver, B.C., Canada in 1994. Rachael has more than 20 years of experience as a choreographer and dance instructor and has trained throughout North America in cities including Vancouver, Toronto, New York and Los Angeles. Her dances have captivated audiences worldwide, winning numerous awards for their innovative style and consistent originality. In 2006, Kirsten Wicklund won Outstanding Teen Dancer at the NYCDA National Finals in New York. Alex Wong became the first Canadian winner at the Prix De Lausanne in Switzerland with his "Capture the Tiger" solo, which has been performed with ABT Studio Theatre and the Miami City Ballet company. Rachael has choreographed opening acts for Julianna Chen, Michael Buble, Capital Sound, B.C. Country Music Awards, numerous fashion shows, hair shows, and corporate events. Recently, Miguel Nguyen and Rina Watanabe won the Gold Medal at the World Championships in Norway for modern dance. Rachael won the Outstanding Choreography Award at Y.A.G.P. competition in Carolina in 2007 and, again, in San Francisco in 2009. Her 2009 Performance Group received the Critics' Choice award at NYCDA. Several of her dancers were in the Top 40 for So You Think You Can Dance Canada (Season 1).
